Using the service
Clipnote lets you record your screen and camera in your browser and share the results with a link. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use it.
Your content and consent
You keep ownership of everything you record. You are responsible for your recordings, including having the right to record and share whatever appears in them. Do not record people or screens without the consent required by law in your location.
You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and deliver your recordings so the service can function (for example, transcoding and hosting).
Acceptable use
Do not use Clipnoteto record or share anything unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful, or to violate anyone's privacy or rights. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these Terms.
Plans and billing
The free plan includes 25 recordings with no time limit. Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Team plans are charged per person per month: adding someone is billed pro rata for the remainder of the period, and removing them is credited back on the next invoice.
An early-access offer previously granted Pro at no cost to the first 100 accounts. That offer is now closed. Accounts that received it keep it, subject to continued availability of Clipnote.
Service availability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 16255281 Canada Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Clipnote. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
