The all-in-one suite, versus recording and selling
Clipnote vs Kajabi
Kajabi sells you an all-in-one marketing suite. If what you actually need is to record lessons and get paid for them, you are renting a lot of software you will not open.
Kajabi pricing shown is their published rate, last checked August 2026.

When Kajabi is the better answer
If you run your email list, funnels, affiliate program and community on one bill and you use all of it, Kajabi is doing more for you than we do. We are not an email platform.
Questions
Is Clipnote a replacement for Kajabi?
For recording, hosting and selling a course, yes. For email sequences, landing-page funnels and an affiliate program, no — Kajabi does those and we don't. The question worth asking is whether you use that half of the bill.
Can I move a course off Kajabi?
You can upload your existing lesson videos straight into Clipnote and rebuild the structure, or re-record lessons in place. Your students move by invite link.
Do I need a separate screen recorder?
No. That's the difference — Clipnote is a screen recorder first, so recording a lesson and publishing it are the same action.
